How it works
What the World gives you.
Six jobs. Not eleven products. The names are how, not what you buy.

01
Connect and stay in sync
You keep the tools you already run. They feed a World. When they change, the World can notice. When you correct the World, the right upstream can update — if you allow it. A scan that goes stale is a map. This is a live picture.
How An edge that talks to those tools, a place for the material, a compiler for the contracts. Read first. Write back is a named permission, not a default.

02
Believe with the disagreement visible
A World holds what is thought to be true, why, and where two sources disagree. Guesswork does not silently become fact.
How Admitted meaning, with identity for who and what may exist.

03
Act together, not merged
People and AI share that picture. Permission is a decision. An attempt is not an outcome.
How Coordination under named authority. Some of the rest is still direction.

See through Pharos
The interface is not an application you install. Pharos composes a view from meaning that is already in the World — the smallest instrument that can carry this moment.
How A projection, not a destination. If the World changes, the view can change without a new app.

Sit across devices
Desk, phone, a room: same undertaking, different instrument. The phone is not a shrunk desktop. It foregrounds what needs you. A join is a Seat, not a second login.
How Each device holds an authorised slice of the same World. Complementary, not mirrored. The live bounded demo sits here when it is ready.

Quiet in your own marks
Once meaning is stable, the World can go small: a glance, a tap, a glyph. Someone else can still join without learning your shorthand. Your marks are yours — not a universal alphabet.
How A glyph is a compressed packet of meaning, with explanation one gesture away. Cross-translation is how two grammars meet without merging Worlds. This is where it goes; it is not the first cheque.
